Julian Nagelsmann draws list of 4 strikers who could be called up for next Germany camp

Nagelsmann will face his first test in the upcoming October international break
Julian Nagelsmann was appointed as the manager of the German football team. He is already planning to call up some new names for the upcoming October International break.
The former Bayern Munich manager has listed four strikers who could be called up for the national team.
Union Berlin’s Kevin Behrens and 1. FC Köln Davie Selke can earn a call-up to the national team squad in October, while Hamburg’s Robert Glatzel has an outside chance of making it into the squad.
Hoffenheim’s Maximilian Beier is also a candidate for a potential call-up after impressing in the opening games of the Bundesliga.
Germany had goal-scoring difficulties in the past
Julian Nagelsmann’s first test will be in the USA. The German football team will travel to the USA and take on the USMNT and Mexico.

The German manager has signed a contract until 31 July 2024 and became the second youngest coach at 36 years old. He is set to manage the national team in the Euro 2024 which will be hosted on home soil.
Forward Serge Gnabry suffered an injury and will go a surgery for a fractured lower arm. He will be out for several weeks and will open the door for another player.
Julian Naglesmann spoke on the upcoming USA tour in a recent interview,

“Of course, self-confidence and atmosphere are important. In order to develop a good spirit, you also need a good idea that the players can understand and implement. This plan is important, it will not be as complex as in club football, but it’s about giving the players support. Hopefully, we’ll see what that looks like in the next two international matches.”
The squads will be announced soon for the international matches scheduled to be played in mid October.
