Krisztian Lisztes has joined Eintracht Frankfurt

Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt have signed Krisztian Lisztes from Ferencváros on a fee in excess of €4.5m plus add-ons up to a potential €10m.

Many European clubs wanted him but he chose the German club over them to continue his further growth into becoming an elite player.

After the end of last season, the talented teenager will leave Ferencváros. Lisztes, who will be just 18 years old, will sign a five-year deal with Die Adler that runs as long as the 2029 season.

For the balance of the current season, he will stay with the Budapest club. As the current Hungarian league winners, Ferencvaros, along with his future team, will compete in the Europa Conference League. They were placed in a group with Fiorentina, Genk, and the Serbian club Cukaricki.

Considering his young age, Lisztes, who won't turn 19 until May of next year, is adaptable and can play either side of the centre as among the ten.

In just 767 minutes of professional football throughout 21 games for the Hungarian team, he has contributed to a total of seven goals and two assists, showcasing his promise by scoring twice in three league matches for Fradi this season.
