Sidemen Charity Match 2023: Confirmed lineups & teams

This will be the 5th Edition of the SDMN Charity Match

The 5th Sidemen Charity Match is happening on Saturday, September 9th, at London Stadium- home to West Ham United. The stadium quickly sold out its 60,000 seats when tickets went on sale, showing it's going to be an exciting event. Booking the stadium would have been easier because one of the Sidemen members Behzinga (Ethan Payne)- is an influencer supporter of West Ham.

Now, let's explore the history of this unique YouTube match, the team managers, and the confirmed influencers playing in the Sidemen vs YouTube All-Stars 2023 game.

History of the match

The UK YouTube group called the Sidemen started hosting charity football events in 2016. They did it for three years in a row, then took a break for four years before hosting another one.

In the first four charity matches, Sidemen FC won three times and lost once to the YouTube All-Stars. The only time they lost was in the second match when the YouTube All-Stars won 2-0.

But that one loss doesn't show how good Sidemen FC has been in these charity matches. They won the first and third matches 7-1 and 7-2, and in the most recent one, they came from behind twice to win 8-7 against the YouTube All-Stars.

Fans think it'll be tough to top that exciting 8-7 game from last year. But the fact that the London Stadium is already sold out shows how popular the Sidemen are in the UK and around the world.
