The Spanish team is the favourite to qualify from the Group A

Spain manager Luis de la Fuente has announced the squad for the upcoming qualifiers against Cyprus and Georgia. He has made a young side and there is a debut call to the senior squad for Lamine Yamal.

After making his first start for Barcelona in August, Yamal is set to make his debut for the national side. A couple of months earlier, he played for the Spanish U19 team.

Spain won the UEFA Nations League final in the last international break. They are set to play their third qualifying match for the Euro 2024.

The Spanish team won 3-0 against Norway in the first match. In the second match, two goals from Scott McTominay handed Spain a 2-0 loss.

They face Georgia in the first match on September 8 away at the Boris Paitchadze Dinamo Arena. Georgia are second in the group and have played three matches.

Spain will host Cyprus in their fourth qualifier for Euro 2024 at the Nuevo Estadio de Los Cármenes in Granada. Cyprus are sitting at the bottom of the table.

The Spanish team has scored three goals in the qualifiers. Joselu scored a brace after coming off the bench in the second half. Dani Olmo scored the other goal. Both players have made it to the squad.
