Euro 2024 will be organised by Germany

The Euro 2024 ball has been shown in the initial, and the design is quite similar to the previously revealed Euro 2024 logo.

The Adidas Euro 2024 Ball has triangle patterns in black, yellow, red, and green on a mostly white background. Both the Adidas and EURO 2024 logos are blue.

To demonstrate that this is an environment where everybody feels at home and diversity is embraced, these colours were borrowed from the Euro 2024 emblem.

The 2022 Al Rihla World Cup ball shares the same panel construction, and it has a variety of dimpled parts all over it.

The 55 UEFA member associations’ flags and colours are assembled in different ways to replicate the curvature of the Olympiastadion roof in the tournament logo. The iconic Henri Delaunay Cup is the focal point of the design, and the 24 coloured slices that surround the trophy stand in for the 24 teams that will compete in the EURO.

UEFA President, Aleksander Čeferin, said:

It is great to see the logo of UEFA EURO 2024 come to life at the iconic Olympiastadion. From now on, the tournament has a brand identity which reflects the ambition we have together with the host association and host cities: a EURO which is truly for everyone. For one month, we will be united by football in the heart of Europe.

The EURO 2024 rallying cry is “United by Football.” “Vereint im Herzen Europas” – “United in the heart of Europe” is how the phrase is translated.

The 17th iteration of the UEFA European Championship, which is held every four years and is managed by UEFA for the men’s national teams of its participant organisations, will be known as Euro 2024. The event, which is slated to take place from June 14 to July 14, 2024, will be hosted by Germany.

Games for the multi-national Euro 2020 will be hosted in Munich, Germany, where the final four matches of the 1988 championship were also played. This will mark the third occasion that European Championship games have taken place on German soil and for the second time in a brought-back Germany.

Leipzig will act as the competition’s host city for the first occasion. It will also be the initial occasion that a restored Germany has served as the competition’s only host country.

Following the postponement of Euro 2020 to 2021 because of the COVID-19 epidemic, the competition will resume its four-year schedule.
