The Nizams have finally opened their account in the league
Mumbai City FC and Hyderabad FC share spoils at the Mumbai Football Arena, as a late equaliser by Hyderabad restored parity right at the death in this Indian Super League (ISL) tie.
The Blues went down to ten men inside the opening 10 minutes, as Lachenpa was sent-off for a clumsy tackle. Mumbai City managed the game brilliantly thereafter, and even took the lead in the 76th minute courtesy of an own goal.
But a late deflection off Tiri’s shoulder, made the ball creep into Mumbai’s goal, and hand Hyderabad their first point of the season.
Here are the ratings from the game.
Mumbai City FC (By Keshava Verma)
Phurba Lachenpa - 3
Made a clumsy challenge running forward, and was sent off in the starting minutes of the game.

Was on his toes throughout the game, and kept Knowles at bay. Made two interceptions and two tackles, and had an 82% passing accuracy.
Mehtab Singh - 7.5
Was solid with his defensive duties, and made life difficult for Hyderabad's attack with his smart positioning and daunting physicality.

Worked incredibly hard across the 90 minutes, and made up for the deficit of a player on the left flank. Made a number of great runs as well, to try and help in the forward play.
