While Luis Manuel Diaz, the father of Diaz, was believed to be in a situation of hostage-taking yesterday night, his mother Cilenis Marulanda was rescued from what appeared to be an aggressive mob on a motorcycle. An offer of 200 million pesos was made by the police for "crucial information."
