Lautaro Martinez happy at Inter Milan amid Real Madrid links

Lautaro Martinez won the FIFA World Cup with Argentina
Real Madrid have to sign their permanent number 9 as soon as feasible, that much is certain. In the summer, they didn't exactly replace Karim Benzema.
Although Joselu has performed admirably thus far, people have always seen him as a temporary solution for the role. The 33-year-old Spanish international is only on a season-long loan from Espanyol.
A top-tier attacker who will manage the team for many years to come must be signed by Real Madrid. Sadly, Joselu isn't that kind of guy.
The team has been connected to numerous strikers. Lautaro Martinez, who is currently in the best shape of his life, is one of them.
Because he didn't score or provide an assist during the World Cup last year, Lautaro received a lot of criticism. Since then, though, he has elevated his game to a new level. Transfermarkt statistics show that, after 13 games played thus far this season, he has contributed two assists and 12 goals in scoring.
Lautaro has been connected to Real Madrid on previous occasions. Nonetheless, the Argentine does appear happy with his current situation at Inter Milan.
According to TUTTOmercatoWEB, Lautaro responded to inquiries from Twitch star Ibai Llanos about his level of closeness to Real Madrid during the Ballon d'Or red carpet interviews. The Argentinean forward stated:
“Obviously we are talking about a very important team, but my thoughts and my mind are always turned towards Inter. I am very happy there, I have a contract and my family is very happy in Milan.”
It's obvious that Lautaro is currently a fixture at Inter Milan. He first joined the team in 2018, and since then, he has worked his way up to become the captain.
