Senegal announce squad for October international break

Senegal finished at the top of the table in AFCON 2023 qualification
Senegal have announced their squad for the October international friendly match scheduled against Cameroon. The match will take place at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis in France.
Senegal received a setback earlier today after their star striker from Chelsea Nicolas Jackson was ruled out of the match due to an injury.
Aliou Cisse's team played in two matches in the September international break. A 1-1 draw against Rwanda in the AFCON 2023 qualifier was followed by a 1-0 loss to Algeria in an international friendly. Lamine Camara scored the only goal in the previous international break.
Senegal remained undefeated in the whole qualification campaign. Four wins and two draws in the tournament were enough to earn them a top spot in Group L. The team scored 12 goals in the campaign and conceded four in six games.
The current squad of Senegal comprises some of the best names across Europe and other continents. Sadio Mane of Al Nassr is joined by Edouard Mendy of Al Ahli. They also have the company of Al Hilal's Kalidou Koulibaly.
As Senegal plays only one match in this international break, here is a look at the selected members.
