Shah Rukh Khan hosts special dinner for David Beckham at Mannat

David Beckham came to India on a 3-day tour and met Shah Rukh Khan before leaving.

Football legend David Beckham visited Shah Rukh Khan’s residence Mannat before leaving India to attend a private dinner hosted by the Bollywood superstar. 

Shah Rukh himself posted a photo on his official Twitter (X) handle with the legendary football star and noted about his kindness and gentle behaviour with the people around him. He wrote, “Last nite with an icon…and an absolute gentleman. Have always been a big admirer but meeting him and seeing how he is with kids made me realise that the only thing that out does his football is his kindness and his gentle nature. My love to your family. Be well and happy my friend and get some sleep. #DavidBeckham”

David Beckham traveled to Mumbai to attend the semi-final match of the ICC World Cup between India and New Zealand. Throughout his three-day visit in his capacity as UNICEF’s Goodwill Ambassador, he graced several prestigious events and interacted with numerous celebrities from the Bollywood industry. 

Beckham posted a photograph alongside SRK on Instagram and expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome extended to him by the Bollywood superstar and his wife Gauri Khan at their residence. He stated, “Honoured to have been welcomed into this great man’s home. To enjoy a meal with @iamsrk, @gaurikhan, their beautiful children and close friends – what a special way to end my first visit to India… Thank you my friend – you and your family are welcome any time in my home.”

He expressed his gratitude to Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja for graciously organizing a gathering in his honour. He also conveyed his desire to visit India again in the near future. He wrote, “@sonamkapoor and @anandahuja – you hosted me with such warmth and kindness this week, thank you for the amazing evening you created at your home – see you again soon ❤🇮🇳”

David Beckham is unmistakably a global superstar, renowned for his tenure at Manchester United from 1992 to 2003. He has notably represented Real Madrid, LA Galaxy, AC Milan, and Paris Saint-Germain throughout his illustrious career. However, it is his time at Manchester United and Real Madrid that garners the most attention and discussion amongst football enthusiasts across the globe. He is also the co-owner of Inter Miami, the club for which Lionel Messi currently plays.
