Manchester United injury news & return dates ahead of Everton clash

Onana was withdrawn from the Cameroon squad for precautionary measures
Goalkeeper Andre Onana of Manchester United will be ready for the trip to Everton despite suffering a groyne injury while on overseas duty. After feeling uneasy about the goal for Cameroon after their 3-0 win over Mauritius on Friday, Onana needed to be substituted; his replacement was justified as a precaution.
Onana returned to Manchester on Sunday and exercised twice with United after skipping Cameroon's match against Libya. Onana is expected to be allowed for action on Sunday at Goodison Park, while Altay Bayindir, the backup, is ready to step in if needed.
With the team still dealing with a plethora of ailments, Erik Ten Hag is probably grateful that his primary position did not suffer too badly. Rasmus Hojlund, a striker, and Christian Eriksen were compelled to depart the Denmark camp due to injuries. Tyrell Malacia, Lisandro Martinez, Jonny Evans, and midfielder Casemiro will all be sidelined until January.
For an estimated £4.3 million, United acquired Bayindir from Fenerbahce at the beginning of the season as a backup to Onana. Should the custodian start for the team this weekend, he would make history as the first Turkish player to play for the Red Devils.
Once the Red Devils play Everton at Goodison Park on Sunday, November 26, the Cameroonian player is expecting to be fully fit. After spending £4.3 million to join Manchester United from Fenerbahce in the summer, Bayindir remains impatient to make his senior team debut.
Luke Shaw also made his first appearance back with the first team at Carrington on Wednesday after a three-month absence.
Another significant advantage for manager Erik ten Hag is that the England international defender is expected to participate for the first time since August.
Marcus Rashford also picked up a knock during the November international break but the forward should be fit for the Everton clash. Right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka missed Man United's last fixture before the international break against Luton Town due to illness, is also expected to be back for the Everton clash.
Tyrell Malacia, Jonny Evans, Casemiro, Amad and Lisandro Martinez are still absent from United.
