Odisha FC would need to produce a spectacular comeback in this AFC Cup return leg fixture.

Odisha FC were humbled in the first leg of the inter-zonal semi-final of the AFC Cup against Central Coast Mariners. The Aussie side scored four goals against Sergio Lobera’s side and got a comfortable lead before the return leg. What followed is a complete tale of floodgates being opened. The match resulted 4-0 in favor of the home side. Storm Roux added to the lead in the 52nd minute and Mikael scored his second and his team’s third goal in the 77th minute, via a penalty.

The last nail in the coffin was injected by substitute Ronald Barcellos in the dying moments of the clash. For Odisha, they did have a couple of clear-cut chances and had some moments of comfort in the game, but their lazy approach cost them .
