Kylian Mbappe’s ‘master plan’ for PSG exit revealed

The French striker will get a loyalty bonus if he stays with the Ligue 1 champions

Kylian Mbappe's situation at PSG is getting tense as the French striker plans to leave the club at the end of the 2023-24 season as Real Madrid remains the frontrunner to sign the Frenchman.

The 24-year-old Mbappe made comments on the situation and told everyone that he will stay at the club but has no wish to renew his contract. PSG are now worried as Mbappe could go for free at the end of the season.

However, according to Carlos Caprio of Marca, Mbappe's mother and PSG owners are having some discussions. It is believed that the player is planning to stay at the club for the annual wages and the loyalty bonus.

The striker also has plans to sign a contract with Real Madrid in January and negotiate a transfer bonus that would be around 100-125 million for arriving free at the Spanish club.

Kylian Mbappe earns around €60 million per year and he will also get a loyalty bonus of €90 million if he completes his current contract. The 24-year-old doesn't want to miss out on such a big figure.

If the French club plans to sell Mbappe this summer, then Real Madrid won't pay the transfer bonus to the player. This means that the striker would miss the loyalty bonus and the bonus that he was getting for a free transfer to Madrid.

This leads to a tense condition as both parties are looking for the best possible solution for themselves. PSG has no plans to sell Mbappe and wanted him to lead the club to glory. Now, if they don't sell him this season, then the player will go on a free transfer. He will also take the bonus along with it.

Both parties are set to negotiate on this and will hope to come up with the best possible solution, as Mbappe's future certainly does not lie with the Ligue 1 giants.
