(Courtesy : Fantastec.game)
For a yet another week, there will be fewer games with just 12 teams in action over the weekend.
The 32nd game week was a tumultuous affair for several teams. Manchester City dispatched Fulham and Cardiff City away and home respectively to maintain their lead at the top of the table. Manchester United, on the other hand, got three points from Watford but succumbed to a surprising loss at the hands of Wolverhampton. Tottenham began proceedings at their new and improved stadium with a comfortable victory over Crystal Palace, but the victory came only after an unfortunate loss at the hands of Liverpool. Chelsea got 6 points from two matches as the Blues came back from 1-0 down to beat Cardiff and comfortably saw off Brighton at Stanford Bridge. Arsenal took a giant leap in the top four race with a well-measured victory over Newcastle.
Gameweek 32 Review
A disappointing double gameweek. Captain Sergio Aguero led the pack with 20 points but could have added more if he had featured in his side’s second game. Both Andrew Robertson and Ricardo Pereira managed 8 points each while Marcos Alonso got 5 points. Paul Pogba got 4 points in two matches while Matt Doherty three points from his two games. Lukasz Fabianski's 7 saves gave him 3 points while the likes of Sadio Mane, Joshua King, Callum Wilson, and Richarlison got two points each.
Gameweek 33 Transfers
Several teams do not feature in this gameweek. Wolverhampton is one of them and therefore Wolves defender Matt Doherty is transferred out. Crystal Palace defender Patrick van Aanholt has experienced good recent form and is brought in for the Wolves wing-back.
The likes of Sergio Aguero and Paul Pogba also do not feature during this gameweek. However, the loss of prominent players could have a lasting negative impact during the coming weeks. Therefore they are moved to the bench and not transferred out.
