Kerala Blasters kicks off the season opener with El Clásico

Kerala Blasters FC will kick off their Indian Super League 2025-26 campaign on the 14th of February, where they will face the defending champions Mohun Bagan Super Giant for what the fans call the El Clásico of Indian Football at Kolkata.

The highly anticipated southern derby between the Blasters and Bengaluru FC will take place on the 11th of April at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium, Bengaluru.

After the match against Mohunbagan SG, Kerala Blasters will travel to Kolkata for the second time in the group stage to face East Bengal FC on 14th March. The clash promises high drama, with both sides likely to throw everything on the line in a battle that could define the season.

This season, Kerala Blasters will play nine of their home matches at home. In the fixtures released by the AIFF, the EMS Corporation Stadium, which acts as the home ground for Gokulam Kerala FC and the Super League Kerala side Calicut FC, was named as the new base for the Tuskers.

However, considering the economic factors along with the pitch and infrastructural factors, JLN Stadium became the more viable option and was announced as the home ground in the official fixtures. The Manjappada and the Kerala Blasters Army will be all geared to return to the stands to cheer with passion to create an atmosphere that will create hell for the opponents.
