Mohun Bagan SG remains in their spot at the top of the ISL table, and Mumbai City fell short

Today’s first match witnessed a high-voltage goalless draw between Mumbai City FC and Bengaluru FC at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium in the Garden City in the Indian Super League 2025-26 season.

Hmingthanmawia Ralte and Akash Mishra tested Gupreet Singh Sandhu early in the match with a couple of shots on target. Ryan Williams and Ashique Kuruniyan also tried creating chances on the opposition end but couldn’t do so as both teams walked away with a point each.

The second game witnessed Jamshedpur FC return to winning ways with a solid 4-1 win over Chennaiyin FC in front of their home fans. Mohammed Sanan broke the deadlock with just seven minutes left on the clock before Messi Bouli doubled the Red Miners’ lead in the 27th minute.

Sanan scored again at the beginning of the second half and made it 3-0. Prakadeswaran pulled a goal back before Nikola Stojanović put the game to bed with his 78th-minute strike.

Mohun Bagan SG and FC Goa continue to lead the standings with 20 and 19 points respectively. Mumbai City FC remained at third with 19 points. Jamshedpur FC have jumped up to the fourth following tonight’s win while Bengaluru FC take the fifth spot. East Bengal are now placed sixth with 15 points.

Punjab FC are still ranked seventh with fourteen points while Inter Kashi took the eighth position with eleven points. Kerala Blasters FC remained at ninth with eleven points while Chennaiyin FC are ranked tenth.

SC Delhi are positioned eleventh with eight points. NorthEast United FC take the twelfth place with seven points. Odisha FC are ranked thirteenth while Mohammedan Sporting still find themselves at the bottom of the table.
