ISL clubs ranked by FanCode views (2025-26)

East Bengal FC lifted the ISL 2025-26 title.

It has been more than 2 months since East Bengal FC lifted the ISL 2025-26 trophy under Oscar Bruzon in the final matchday of the league on 21st May, with multiple teams competing for the title till the final matchday. Indian football has already entered the 2026-27 season with the Durand Cup 2026, which started on 25th July with the Kolkata Derby.

The 2025-26 season was a mess for Indian football, with the Indian Super League (ISL) starting very late, with each team getting to play 13 matches each. However, it was not a boring season at all; the new league format completely made things interesting, with more than four teams competing for the league title till the very last day.

Since it was such a short season, fans showed their support to the players and attended matches in good numbers as well.

In this article, we rank the Indian Super League (ISL) clubs based on the views they garnered on FanCode during the ISL 2025-26 season.

1. Mohun Bagan SG – 4,775,774

The Kolkata Giants, Mohun Bagan SG have one of the most passionate fanbases in Indian football with the club carrying a legacy. The Mariners finished just behind their archrivals East Bengal FC on goal difference and lost the ISL title to them.

However, Mohun Bagan SG were the highest watched team during the ISL 2025-26 season with 4,775,774 views (match) on FanCode who were streaming the Indian Super League 2025-26 season. This does not come as a surprise as the Mariners have a very good fanbase and additionally their style of play have always attracted neutral football viewers as well.

2. Kerala Blasters FC – 4,240,432

Kerala Blasters had one of the worst Indian Super League (ISL) seasons in the club’s history, not only on the field but also off the field. The club performed very poorly in the first half of the 2025-26 ISL season, which ultimately took them out of any title equation early on. The Kerala Blasters fans stopped coming to the JLN Stadium to watch the game.

The situation improved a little bit after the arrival of Ashley Westwood as the head coach. However, the attendance in the stands was nothing close to the previous seasons. But even with such situations, the Blasters are ranked 2nd on the list with 4,240,432 views on FanCode. This clearly shows the fanbase Kerala Blasters FC have and the value of loyalty.

3. East Bengal FC – 3,271,736

The Indian Super League (ISL) 2025-26 champions, East Bengal FC, enjoyed an unforgettable season as they lifted the title after a wait of more than 2 decades under the leadership of Oscar Bruzon. The last matchday against Inter Kashi FC was a memorable one, where the Torchbearers made a comeback to lift the league title. The East Bengal FC fans completely flooded the ground as they celebrated a much-awaited national title.

The Torchbearers managed to get 3,271,736 views on FanCode during the ISL 2025-26 season, putting them third just behind Mohun Bagan SG and Kerala Blasters. This clearly highlights the huge fan following the club has.

4. Mumbai City FC – 1,667,143

Mumbai City are a team which is often criticised due to the fans that come to watch them play at the Stadium. However, Mumbai City FC fully showed their support to the Islanders by filling up the stands in their home games; they made sure that the players had strong support behind them and were one of the best fanbases in the ISL 2025-26 season.

This did not just limit to the stands; the Islanders managed to gather 1,667,143 views on FanCode during the ISL 2025-26 season, putting them fourth on the list.

5. Inter Kashi FC – 1,619,746

Inter Kashi FC perhaps comes as a surprise in this list. A newly promoted club which came into existence after 2020 holds the fifth spot on the list with 1,619,746 views on FanCode, ahead of multiple already established ISL clubs like FC Goa, NorthEast United FC, Bengaluru FC etc.

This clearly shows the interest people have in newly promoted teams. They did not have a very good ISL season but will hope to have a better campaign ahead.

6. Chennaiyin FC – 1,576,840

Chennaiyin FC, despite having a season to forget, manages to take the sixth spot on the list with 1,576,840 views on FanCode in the ISL 2025-26 season.

The Marina Machans garnered good numbers on match viewership, highlighting the fan base of Chennaiyin FC, but will hope to get these numbers better. They will hope to do well in the upcoming season and maintain the same viewership or even improve it.

7. NorthEast United FC – 1,551,265

The Northeastern region of India is a hotbed of Indian football with multiple key players coming out of the region. However, the 2025-26 season was not a very good one for the region’s ISL club, NorthEast United FC. The Highlanders looked lost throughout the season but managed to finish in a respectable spot at the very end of the league.

The fans, however, did not show up in numbers, nor in the stadium, nor online. The Highlanders take the seventh spot on the list with 1,551,265 views on FanCode during the ISL 2025-26 season.

8. Bengaluru FC – 1,514,278

Bengaluru FC are ranked 8th on the list as they managed to get 1,514,278 views on FanCode during the 2025-26 season.

While the Blues could have hoped for a better showing on the pitch and match viewership, they continued to enjoy strong support in the stands, with good attendance throughout the season.

9. FC Goa – 1,459,988

FC Goa take the 9th spot on the list, recording 1,459,988 views on FanCode during the 2025-26 season. The Gaurs would have hoped for better numbers, both on the pitch and in terms of viewership.

The lack of support in the stadium was very evident, with Fatorda often seeing smaller crowds as FC Goa fans did not turn up in large numbers to back the team.

10. Jamshedpur FC – 1,434,954

Jamshedpur FC, who unfortunately will not be competing in the Indian Super League (ISL) anymore, had a very good ISL 2025-26 season as they managed to keep themselves in the title race till the very last day.

The Red Miners had wonderful support from the stands as many fans gathered to support them throughout the season. Jamshedpur FC takes the 10th spot on this list as they managed to get 1,434,954 views on FanCode during the ISL 2025-26 season.

11. Mohammedan SC – 1,249,190

Mohammedan SC, who are now relegated to the Indian Football League (IFL) from the Indian Super League (ISL), had a poor season. The Black Panthers finished bottom of the table and showed no signs of improvement at all; this resulted in them getting relegated from the top-tier Indian football league.

However, on this list, the Black Panthers are not at the bottom of the table. Mohammedan SC takes the 11th spot on the list with 1,249,190 views on FanCode during the ISL 2025-26 season.

12. Punjab FC – 1,230,020

The Shers were a very impressive team in the ISL 2025-26 season and were competing for the league title till the very last matchday. However, they eventually managed a mid-table finish but showed a very beautiful brand of football with multiple key players showing their talent.

Punjab FC played at the same JLN Stadium in Delhi, where SC Delhi also played. But the Shers managed to get better numbers in the stands and had better fan support than SC Delhi. The Shers take the 12th spot on the list with 1,230,020 views on FanCode during the ISL 2025-26 season.

13. Odisha FC – 1,203,563

Odisha FC had a shaky start to the 2025-26 season even before the league began and it was clearly evident in their performance as well. The team finished in the bottom half of the points table and also did not show signs of improvement.

The Juggernauts take the 13th spot on the list, just one spot above the bottom with 1,203,563 views on FanCode in the ISL 2025-26 season.

14. SC Delhi – 1,131,645

The 2025-26 season marked the debut season for the newly rebranded side SC Delhi, who previously competed in the league as Hyderabad FC. It was not at all a good season for the Delhi side, both on and off the field. They performed very average and were nowhere near the title race at all.

Off the field, the Delhi club could not get numbers in the stands; they are also ranked last on the list with 1,131,645 views on FanCode. But will now hope that the coming season is better for them as they move ahead.
