Odisha FC vs Mohun Bagan Player Ratings: Apuia, Amey shine as Ashish & Jerry dissapoint | ISL 2024-25

Several players performed well in an exciting contest.
Odisha FC played out an entertaining 1-1 draw against Mohun Bagan in the Indian Super League (ISL) at the Kalinga Stadium on Sunday (10 November). The Juggernauts took an early lead through Hugo Boumous’ in-direct free-kick goal in the 4th minute, but Manvir Singh equalized for his side in the 36th minute.
Both teams worked hard for a winner after that but failed to get anything and had to settle for a point each. Here are the Player Ratings.

Amrinder Singh – 7
Other than the goal, Amrinder looked quite composed throughout the match and made some important saves in the match.
Amey Ranawade – 7.5
With his task of controlling the backline, Ranawade made some desperate attempts at the front end. He even had a shot on target in the 73rd minute of play which was saved by Vishal Kaith.
Saviour Gama – 6.5
Gama had a low first half but he pulled up his game in the second half of play and also made a critical tackle inside the box.
Thoiba Singh – 7
Thoiba made some crucial tackles in the match, mostly towards the end of the match. He made a brilliant sliding tackle in the 82nd minute of play which could have proved costly for his team.
Puitea – 7
Puitea made himself active throughout the match and also made some attempts to score a goal but none of them were converted.
Rahim Ali – 6.5
Rahim made some clinical moves at times but couldn’t fetch any threat for the opponent. Even he lost control of the ball a few times during the first half of play.
Isak Vanlalyuatfela – 6.5
Isak toiled hard during his stay on the pitch. He took a shot at the target in the 54th minute of play which was saved by the opponent.
Substitutes
Jerry Mawihmingthanga – 5.5
Jerry replaced Rahim Ali in the 58th minute of play. He was mostly seen controlling the game in the midfield and rarely made his move to the final third.

Vishal Kaith – 5.5
Kaith made a horrible error holding onto Rai’s backpass, allowing the indirect freekick for Boumous to score. Made up for the mistake with a couple of sharp saves.
Asish Rai – 5.5
The right-back made an amateurish mistake in backpassing from inside his box. Not exactly the sharpest defensively, but made eight possession recoveries. Booked late on.
Subhasish Bose – 7.5
The Mohun Bagan skipper continues his impressive form with another proactive performance. Neutralized Odisha’s threat down his side, making two tackles, three interceptions and winning seven duels.
Anirudh Thapa – 6.5
Partnered Apuia diligently in midfield by being an active, vigilant figure. He made four possession recoveries and covered 5.84 km before getting injured.
Lalengmawia Ralte – 8.0
Apuia was really efficient and impactful in midfield, not allowing the hosts to dominate the battle or trouble through central areas. His passing was crisp and the 24-year-old made five interceptions, five tackles as well as eight possession recoveries.
Manvir Singh – 8.0
Manvir worked his socks off on the right and was very efficient against Odisha. He produced a great header for the equalizer and tormented Odisha defenders with his clever movement in their half.
Liston Colaco – 6.5
Liston troubled the defenders with his dribbling and running on the left. Along with his impressive running, he also helped defensively by making four tackles, two interceptions and winning seven duels.
Substitutes
Deepak Tangri – 6.5
Tangri added steel to his midfield after coming on, making two tackles and not allowing Odisha players much space.
Sahal Abdul Samad – 6.0
Created a decent chance for Cummings after coming on, but couldn’t do much afterward.
Ashique Kuruniyan – N/R
Came on as a late substitute.
