Odisha FC look to kick off their season against Inter Kashi FC, as it will be their first game this season. After so many uncertainties about their preparations for the ISL 2025-26, football has come back to Kalinga Stadium.

The Juggernauts will begin their season against Antonio Lopez Habas’s Kashi on 24 th February, 2026, at Kalinga Stadium.

In the previous fixture, Odisha FC faced Inter Kashi once in the AIFF Super Cup on 17th January, 2024, at the group stage match. And after so long, in the Indian Super League, the Juggernauts will face them again at their home.

Last time Odisha FC faced Inter Kashi FC, Odisha FC secured a comfortable 3-0 victory over the Orange brigade. They produced a dominant display to defeat Inter Kashi in their Super Cup Encounter.

The team, under the guidance of Sergio Lobera, thrashed Antonio Lopez Habas’s team in a very dominant way, as they ruled the match from start to finish with a scoreline of 3-0. They created multiple chances and controlled the tempo of them very precisely.

From very early in the match, Odisha knocked on the door and found the back of the net in the first half as Puitea scored from a distance with a banger goal. At the 45th minute, Jerry Cross a ball into the direction of the final, third, Kashi goalkeeper Arindam Bhattacharjee punched it out, and then Puitea scored the goal from his left foot.

Diego Mauricio scored the second in the 60th minute, curling the ball in. The Juggernauts continued to press very hard after this goal. After 18 minutes from the second goal, Isak Vanlalruatfela scored the third and sealed the match.

The last time they largely dominated Inter Kashi in the Super Cup. But in the ISL, they will meet again for the very first time. All eyes turn in their upcoming clash, where both teams will be eager to make a good scoreline. Odisha will look for its first win at home, as Inter Kashi will be there after their narrow draw against FC Goa.
