Ryan Williams' integration into India squad confirmed, FIFA's Players' Status Chamber approves

FIFA’s Players’ Status Chamber issued its final decision on November 19, 2025, approving the change of association request for Ryan Williams, thereby making him formally eligible to represent the Indian national team.
Ryan Williams recently travelled to Bangladesh with the Indian squad for the AFC Asian Cup, but could not feature in the matchday squad as the player did not have FIFA’s approval. The Blue Tigers went down against Bangladesh, which is only the second defeat for them against their neighbours.
