The final four teams have sealed their place for the upcoming semifinals. As Kerala knocked out host Assam and Punjab defeated Tamil Nadu 4-1 on penalties. Kerala’s midfield dominance has stood throughout this tournament.
While Punjab have the attacking threat to beat Kerala’s dominance and book their spot for the final. Kerala secured a commanding 3-0 win over Assam at the Silapathar stadium to progress.
On the other side of the game, Services take their chance against Railways. Both teams are known for their discipline and footballing philosophy. Services knocked out defending champions West Bengal after a goalless draw, winning 3-2 on penalties.
The Bengal boys failed to live up to the expectations, as they were eliminated at the quarterfinal. While Railways advanced through a strong all-around display against Rajasthan, winning 2-0.
