Santosh Trophy 2025-26 Quarterfinals will take place from 3rd February

The group stage of the Santosh Trophy Final Round has come to an end after days of intense battles, close results and standout performances across both groups.

Following five competitive matchdays, the top four teams from Group A and Group B have booked their places in the quarterfinals, with the knockout stage set to get underway on 3 February.

All four quarterfinal matches will be played at Silapathar and Dhakuakhana, as the tournament now moves into its most decisive phase with high-stakes clashes on the horizon.

West Bengal were the standout side in Group A, finishing unbeaten and looking solid at both ends of the pitch. Tamil Nadu stayed close behind, putting together a series of consistent performances to comfortably make the knockouts. Rajasthan picked up crucial points at the right moments, while Assam showed plenty of character to edge past the rest and grab the final quarterfinal spot.

Over in Group B, Kerala looked composed throughout the group stage and deservedly finished on top. Railways impressed with their fighting spirit, remaining unbeaten thanks to a string of hard-earned draws. Punjab did just enough to qualify on goal difference after a mixed campaign, while Services held their nerve in a tight race to secure the last place in the quarterfinals.
