Super League Kerala: List of all foreigners
Many renowned names have joined the teams in the league.
The Super League Kerala is a men’s professional franchise football league in the state of Kerala, India, organized by the Kerala Football Association.
Kerala, a state rich in footballing culture, has shown its love and passion for the sport on several occasions in the past, and the Super League Kerala will be the perfect opportunity for the state to attain nationwide attention, and give its young talents the perfect stage to kick start their footballing careers.
With top-notch facilities and tons of craze all around the state, the league has also been able to attract some top-class foreign talent. The presence of several seasoned foreign professionals will certainly add to the competitiveness of the tournament and will make it more exciting for the viewers.
With that said, here is a list of foreign players playing in the Super League Kerala.

Richard Osei
The Ghanaian professional footballer has previously represented I-League side Real Kashmir and can play in different positions across the backline.
Pape Diakite
The 31-year-old Senegalese defender has tons of experience in various countries and has also represented Royal Antwerp, in the Belgian second division.
James Kotei
Kotei plays as a defensive midfielder and is a sturdy presence in the middle of the park. He has previously played across different clubs in Africa, before moving to Belarus.
Kervens Belfort
The Haitian international has previously played in the ISL for Kerala Blasters and Jamshedpur FC. Belfort’s dynamic play makes him a dangerous force in the wings.
Ernest Barfo
As a prolific goalscorer, Barfo’s entire career is filled with several goals for every club he played. Barfo’s tall stature also makes him a tough prospect for any defender.
Forca Kochi FC
Luis Rodriguez
The Columbian Centre back has experience in various countries at the club level, including the USA, Honduras and Columbia.
Omrane Dziri
The 22-year-old Tunisian has previously represented his nation at the U-18 level and will be playing outside his nation for the first time.
Nidhal Saird
With more than 130 appearances in the Tunisian first division, Nidhal is certainly an experienced inclusion in the center of the field.
Raphael Augusto
The Brazilian superstar needs no introduction to Indian football. The midfielder has won the I League twice, and is certainly one of the best players in the league.
Siyanda Ngunbo
The 27-year-old attacker can score goals, and can also be a creative inclusion in the wings.
Kannur Warriors FC
Adrian Sardinero
Sardinero is a prolific goalscorer, with tons of experience in Spain and other European countries.
Eloy Ordóñez
The 25-year-old winger is a creative inclusion in the wings and has played in the Premiera Division in the past.
Asier Gomes
The Spanish midfielder has previously only played in Spain, and this will be his first time playing in some other nation.
Varo Álvarez
The 23-year-old Spaniard has played for various Spanish clubs over the years and is an inclusion that guarantees some fresh talent in the squad
Ernesten Lavsamba
Adding to Kannur Warriors’ foreign roster is 27-year-old Ernesten, who plays as a defensive midfielder, and has played a major part of his career in the Spanish fourth division.
David Grande
The Spanish forward previously played for Jamshedpur FC in 2020-21, wherein he scored three goals in 14 appearances.
Malappuram FC
Ruben Garces
The 30-year-old centre-back is quite a physical player and has tons of experience playing in the Spanish lower leagues.
Alex Sanchez
Perhaps one of the most talented players in the league, Alex is quite an influential figure in the front, having played for top Spanish sides like Osasuna and Zaragoza, and also played for Gokulam Kerala.
Joseba Beitia
Beitia has immense experience in Indian football, having played for giants like Mohun Bagan and NorthEast United FC. The talented midfielder is known for his creativity in and around the box.
Sérgio Barboza
Having come through the ranks of Flamengo FC, Sergio has a touch of Brazilian flair in him, which makes the player special. Besides that, he also has prior experience of playing in India.
Pedro Manzi
Uruguayan forward Pedro Manzi is another player who has previously proved himself in Indian football, having played for Mommedean FC and Rajasthan United in the I-League, amongst other clubs.
Aitor Aldalur
Aitor spent his youth career at Real Sociedad and also played for their B team. Besides that, the player has plenty of experience playing in Spain throughout his career.

The young Brazilian goalkeeper is quite a talent, coming straight from Gremio FC, which plays in Brazil.

Renan is another youngster joining straight from Brazil and plays as a centre-back.
Davi Kuhn
Davi joins the Kombans after being a free agent for the past six months, before which he played for Figueirense Futebol Clube in Brazil.
Patrick Mota
Patrick brings plenty of experience with him, having played in several countries like Brazil, Indonesia and Thailand. His quick feet and skillful play make him a dangerous prospect.
Autemar Bispo
Autemar is another seasoned professional, who has been playing in several countries over the years. Autemar has also played in several Asian countries like UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Marcos Wilder
Wilder plays as a centre-forward and has represented clubs in both Brazil and Indonesia.

Marcelo Toscano
The former Portuguese Cup winner is a prolific goal scorer and has had a splendid career, spanning 16 years.
