The Blue Tigresses enter this upcoming game on the back of back-to-back defeats in international friendlies against Uzbekistan, South Korea, and Russia. The downturn in form also witnessed Crispin Chettri’s women-only winning two of their last five games.

While Uzbekistan is sure to present a familiar challenge from the last game, the Blue Tigresses will be looking to break their rut against the visitors. A win will be a huge mental boost ahead of key upcoming games in 2025.

For the Indian Women’s Football Team, this clash marks the start of their final preparations before the AFC Asian Cup Qualifiers.
