The Spaniard also spoke about Adil Khan's inclusion in the team.
Hyderabad FC host Jamshedpur FC at Tilak Maidan in Vasco in what is expected to be a tasty affair between the two sides and coach Manolo Marquez spoke with the media before the match.
Hyderabad have maintained two consecutive clean-sheets, but have only scored once and that too with the help of a penalty. However, that doesn’t worry the coach. “First of all, we are very happy with the consecutive clean-sheets and we created so many chances against Odisha FC. However, I don’t agree that we created so many chances against Bengaluru FC. We had lots of shots, but very less chances. We only had two shots on target, but we are very satisfied with the performance and we need to improve in everything.”
Joel Chianese and Lluis Sastre suffered injuries in their last game and the Spaniard gave an update about their return saying, “Total update is not possible at this moment because we can’t exactly say what is the time for their recovery. Lluis Sastre has a muscle strain and Joel has a problem with his ankle ligament. For sure, both of them will not play tomorrow. I can’t tell you if they are out for one game, two or a month. They had an MRI test, but I don’t know when they will come back.”

The 52-year-old gave his views about star striker Nerijus Valskis and how his side must be wary of him. “Valskis is a very good player. Last season, he won Golden Boot and this season he scored three goals in two games. He can go to the wings and lets the winger come inside. It’s very difficult to mark him. This is one area where we need to be very focused.”
Further, Adil Khan has not started any of the first two games and he is likely to start from the bench again after very good performances from the makeshift defence. “Adil is very good, but before two weeks of the tournament he got injured and it was a massive problem. Now, the players who are competing for that position are playing well and he needs to wait for his chance. For sure his time will arrive. I don’t know when, but to have players like Adil is very good for the team and he will play soon,” Manolo Marquez signed off.
