These teams have collected the most points over the history of the league.
The Indian Super League (ISL) has seen seven editions since its inception back in 2014. Several clubs have been a part of the league which promises to raise the level of football in the country. Over the course of the past seven editions of the ISL, few clubs have withdrawn, while new entrants have also taken their place. However, there are still a few outfits that continue to be a part of the league right from its infancy. As a result, some of them lead the rankings of clubs with the most points to-date in ISL.
The top five clubs with the most points have also been consistent performers in the ISL over the years. Staying ahead of the competition and consistently performing at a high level is a tough task in Indian football, but they seem to have mastered the art.

5. ATK FC - 136 points (96 games)
ATK FC were one of the most consistent performers in the ISL. The winners of the inaugural season (then known as Atletico de Kolkata) have won the competition two times.
However, ahead of the 2020-21 season, they merged with former I-League club Mohun Bagan, leading to the birth of ATK Mohun Bagan. Till then, ATK played 96 games in the league across six seasons, collecting 136 points.
4. NorthEast United FC - 140 points (116 games)
NorthEast United are one of the only two teams in this list without an ISL title. The outfit have been part of the league since its first season back in 2014. NEUFC have qualified for the playoffs on two occasions, but are yet to feature in the final.
The Highlanders have amassed 140 points from 116 matches across seven editions. The Guwahati-based club are improving gradually in terms of performances, which is a good sign for their loyal supporters.

The Marina Machans have 150 points from 116 games. However, their performances have seen a sharp slump over the past term. The club finished in seventh place in the league standings last year. Having said that, they are still the third-highest point-getters in the ISL.
2. Mumbai City FC - 174 points (116 games)
Mumbai City FC are second among the clubs with the most number of overall points in the ISL. MCFC are three-time playoffs entrants and won the 2020-21 edition.
