The Brazilian midfielder retired in 2017 after a career of 16 years.

Former Brazil international and AC Milan great, Ricardo Kaká went live on FIFA's Instagram handle for his exclusive 'LegendTakeOver' Q and A session. When quizzed about his best teammate, the Brazilian was spoilt for choices, as he said, "I played alongside some real phenomenal figures in my career."

"But Ronaldo was the best. After that, I’d say Ronaldinho, who I was able to face many times both with Milan and Real Madrid.”

Kaká was part of a legendary AC Milan side where the Brazilian won several accolades, both as a team and even individually. Therefore, the midfielder feels that his time with the Rossoneri was the best in his long and illustrious career.

"I don’t have a single moment, but most of the best moments in my career were at Milan - the Champions League trophy in 2007, the Club World Cup, the Ballon d’Or and the FIFA Player of the Year Award," he went on adding.

However, on the contrary, his worst moment or a low phase also came in the Rossoneri colours. "Istanbul in 2005. I need say no more than that," he reiterated.

That Champions League final in Istanbul back in 2005 turned out to be a horror show for the Italian outfit as they landed in Turkey as the favourites to lift the title and they even started the game in style.

It was from Paolo Maldini's 12-yard volley, Milan drew first blood in the opening minute of the game making their intentions clear. Next up it was Hernan Crespo who struck twice within the first half to sent the game almost beyond doubt.

However, things turned out differently for the Rossoneri in the second half with Steven Gerrard pulling one back as Vladimir Smicer also joined the party cutting the deficit to only one. It drama all around when Xabi Alonso's penalty was saved by Dida but the Spaniard calmly dispatched the rebound to restore parity. What followed was simply insanity as both sides head onto extra time and then to penalties. The Reds handled the pressure with more poise and therefore they emerged victorious on penalties after scripting a historic comeback from 3-0 down at halftime.

The wounds of that defeat are still fresh and therefore Kaka considers that match as the lowest point in his celebrated career. The midfielder has shared the dressing with both Ronaldo Nazário de Lima and Ronaldinho during his time at Brazilian national team and also with AC Milan and shared a great bond with two of his compatriots.
