In terms of football, Neymar is a bomb- Xavi Hernandez
The world cup winner made his managerial debut with Al-Sadd earlier this week.
The former FC Barcelona captain and legend Xavi Hernandez has praised his former team-mate Neymar, insisting that his talent is spectacular as he continues to be linked with a return to the club. The player has been in rounds of talks lately, wanting a move back to Camp Nou.
The winger signed for Paris Saint Germain in 2017 for a world-record fee of €222m and now after two seasons, his head coach Thomas Tuchel has hinted that he very well knew about his intentions to leave the PSG.
As per reports, Barca have made contact with the club offering PSG to pick two players from Samuel Umtiti, Ousmane Dembele, Philippe Coutinho, Nelson Semedo, Ivan Rakitic, and Malcom plus £90m in cash.
And talking about Neymar, Xavi said, "In terms of football, he is a bomb, he is spectacular."
"I consider him a good guy, humble, a hard worker that gave his best at Barcelona. But it is Barcelona who need to make that decision. I want the best for Barca. If someone can guarantee that Neymar will have success at Barca again, I would be the first to want him to come back.
"But you never know. It all depends on Barcelona and their decisions."
