Mauricio Pochettino says chairman Daniel Levy has final say on Spurs' transfers

Tottenham chose to not sign any players in the last two transfer windows.
Tottenham Hotspur is closing on two signings - Jake Clarke and Tanguy Ndombele, as per reports from Sky Sports. The move to bring Jake Clarke in is as progressed as the player having his medical at the club while the one for Ndombele has the offer yet to be accepted by Lyon.
If reports are to be believed, Ndombele is set to become the most expensive Tottenham Hotspur's signing with the fee offered being in the region of £65m. The signings of the two players would be the first in 18 months after the club decided not to spend in the last two transfer windows.
Mauricio Pochhetino has affirmed the claims that he has hardly any say in the transfer policies at the club. The Argentine manager explained that the freedom given to Guardiola and Klopp at Manchester City and Liverpool isn't given to other team managers in Premier League.
"At Tottenham, Chelsea, Arsenal, there's not the freedom that Pep [Guardiola] and [Jurgen] Klopp have at Manchester City and Liverpool," he said.
"Pep has total control of the plan at City. It's a different model at Tottenham and other clubs.
"Selling players, deciding and offering contracts, buying players - it depends solely on the manager, in the case of Pep or Klopp. Things aren't the same at other clubs [like Tottenham]."
He also went out to name the one who is solely responsible for such decisions at Tottenham Hotspur. So if players like Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen were to be sold, it wouldn't be a decision of his. When asked who looks after the transfers and makes decisions, Mauricio answered, "Our president, Daniel Levy. It's not in my power.
"I will be asked my opinion, and of course I love Harry Kane, but the decision is Daniel's. The same situation for [Christian] Eriksen."

"I would have preferred to play Barcelona in the Champions League final, in Madrid," he said. "I was looking forward to playing against Messi, for the rivalry I have with him."
