The Bianconeri are looking to add more quality to their squad ahead of the next season.

Serie A defending champions Juventus are well on their way to win their ninth successive league title this season. Currently placed at the top of the table with 77 points, the Bianconeri need only seven more points from five matches to make sure that they finish this season as the domestic champions.

Both second-placed Atalanta and third-placed Inter Milan have 71 points each, but they have only four more matches left this season and that makes it all the more difficult for them to put an end to Juventus' dominance. If Maurizio Sarri's boys win the league title, it will further serve as a welcome relief to the team, following their humbling defeat against Napoli in the Coppa Italia final.

Here are five players the Bianconeri are looking to sign in this summer.

5. Arkadiusz Milik (Napoli)

It is no secret that Juventus are likely to part ways with the ageing Gonzalo Higuaiin this summer, which makes it clear that another striker could come in as his replacement.

Milik could replace Higuain at Juventus this summer

Napoli's Arkadiusz Milik is one of their forward targets at the moment, as per Corriere Torino. The Italian news agency reports that the Bianconeri have already reached an agreement with the Polish striker, although they are yet to agree terms with Napoli. Meanwhile, both Napoli boss Gennaro Gattuso and Sporting Director Cristiano Giuntoli also seemingly confirmed that Milik is leaving the club this summer, adding more weight to his rumored links with Juventus.

The 26-year-old has netted 13 times in 31 appearances so far for Napoli this season. He was also one of the top-scorers of the league in 2018-19, with 17 goals from 35 matches.

4. Sergino Dest (AFC Ajax)

AFC Ajax's Sergino Dest may only be 19 years of age, but he has already been named by many experts as one of the most exciting future prospects in the sport. The right-back has featured in the Ajax starting XI consistently in 2019-20, scoring twice and registering six assists in the process. He has made 36 appearances across all competitions in the 2019-20 season.

Dest has attracted interest from multiple elite European clubs

An United States international, Dest has made his senior debut with the national team in September 2019. Furthermore, Corriere Dello Sport has claimed that he could join the Italian club in the summer, as Maurizio Sarri continues to look for alternatives to under-performing Mattia De Sciglio and Danilo.

3. Nicolo Zaniolo (AS Roma)

The interest of Juventus in AS Roma's Nicolo Zaniolo is already well-documented. The youngster established himself as one of the first names on the AS Roma team sheet before an injury pegged back his development as an attacking midfielder at the club.

Roma might sell Zaniolo because of budgetary issues

However, very recently he returned to training and is now back with Roma as they try hard to finish within the top four in Serie A, to secure a berth to the Champions League next season. Despite his importance at the club, he may be sold next season due to budgetary reasons, as per Alfredo Pedulla, the Italian journalist and transfer market expert.

Roma could ask for as much as €50m for the youngster and both the player and the club know that Juventus view him as a priority this summer, claims Pedulla.

2. Sandro Tonali (Brescia)

Maurizio Sarri loves to have a holding midfielder who dictates play from the midfield. Jorginho played that role to perfection under him at both Napoli and Chelsea, and if the Blues agree for a sale, he would play under Sarri at Juventus as well.

League rivals Inter are also interested in Tonali

However, according to reports from multiple sources, Jorginho will not return to Italy anytime soon, which is why Juventus have shifted their attention to Brescia's Sandro Tonali. The likes of Barcelona and Inter Milan are also keen to sign the 20-year-old, and that in turn highlights his quality. The defensive midfielder has played 31 matches for Brescia this season, and has recorded a goal and seven assists so far.

His current market value is about €35million, making him cheaper than Jorginho and other similar highly-rated young midfielders. This could act as yet another boost for Juventus to try and snap him up in the summer.

1. Emerson Palmieri (Chelsea)

Emerson and Sarri share a terrific rapport

As per reports, Emerson Palmieri to Juventus is almost a done deal. The left-back who previously played under Sarri at Chelsea, has fallen down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge and is hence all set to join the Bianconeri and reunite with his former manager with whom he shared a terrific rapport.

Chelsea are said to have put a €25million asking price on the table for the defender - and given how he was instrumental in helping the Italian coach win the Europa League with the Blues last season, it is very likely that he will show keen interest in the signing.
