The winger scored a goal and set up two another in their last Champions League group game.
Paris Saint Germain's Neymar started their UEFA Champions League last group game against Galatasaray and scored the third goal at the inception of the second half. But what caught the eye of the fans was his new goal celebration and now, the Brazilian winger has explained the reason behind it. [KH_ADWORDS type="3" align="center"][/KH_ADWORDS] He insists that he kept a finger on his lips after scoring to convey his 'talk less and play more' mentality. Neymar told Esporte Interativo, "Everyone wants to start an argument over me." "This is a new celebration that I talked about with my friends. The idea is to forget everything else, to talk less and play more." Later in the game, Neymar did prove that he wants his display on the pitch to be the focal point for the people. When the team was awarded a penalty, Neymar took the ball and gave Edinson Cavani to take the penalty."Individualism in football doesn't fit. If I wanted that, I'd play tennis," he added.
"But in football, everyone has to be happy, to feel good. Cavani needed it, he was missing a goal and every attacker likes to score. So he got it and we were very happy. I was happy and everyone went home happy."

Prior to the goal in the mid-week, the last time Cavani had scored in the match was on 18th August when they lost 2-1 to Stade Rennais. Head coach Thomas Tuchel was also glad about the gesture, he said, "It was a nice gesture. Everyone can see, Ney is very sensitive. He gave the ball to Edi and it's a good symbol for the team. Neymar was already super important and very good at Montpellier[a 3-1 win on Saturday]. He was decisive for us and he's getting better."Where passion meets insight — blending breaking news, in-depth strategic analysis, viral moments, and jaw-dropping plays into powerful sports content designed to entertain, inform, and keep you connected to your favorite teams and athletes.
