Between the open sale releases in December and April, ticket prices have increased by up to 38%. The December pricing was also significantly higher than that in October, with category 3 tickets going from £2,048 ($2,790) to £3,070 ($4,185) and finally to £4,250 ($5,785).
The president of FIFA, Gianni Infantino, has faced backlash due to the expensive FIFA World Cup 2026 final ticket. All eyes will be on the person who buys that ticket.
