Bolivia vs Panama: All-time head-to-head record | Copa America 2024

La Verde have zero points on the Group C table.
Although the prospect of qualifying for the knockout stage is still alive, Bolivia will need to accomplish something exceptional on Monday in order to survive.
They must win, and Uruguay must beat the United States and have at least a seven-goal swing go their way in order for Antonio Carlos Zago’s team to succeed.
The fact that Bolivia are right now on a 13-match losing streak in Copa America group matches dating back to 2015, seems like a long shot.
La Verde have had trouble scoring goals during that protracted losing streak, going without a goal in six Copa America group games at the moment.
Panama overcame an early deficit to win their first Copa America 2024 match of the year on Thursday in a somewhat contentious and tense match.
From a statistical perspective, they were a resounding success on matchday two, winning 74% of the possession, the highest percentage of any CONCACAF team in the tournament since Opta started gathering this information in 2011.
With the win, Thomas Christiansen’s team halted a two-match losing streak in all competitions and now have a chance to advance to the knockout stage.
Their triumph on the second matchday was the first time they came back from behind to win after conceding the first goal since a 3-2 victory against Nicaragua in June 2023.
