Carlo Ancelotti dismisses rumours of Vinicius Jr moving to Saudi Arabia

Many Saudi clubs are preparing world-record fees to sign the Brazilian.
Vinicius Jr. has regularly been linked with a move to Saudi Arabian clubs, but Carlo Ancelotti played it down, saying the Brazilian is content at Real Madrid and wants to keep creating history there.
On Saturday night, Real Madrid will play Real Valladolid away at Estadio Jose Zorrilla in an attempt to solidify their lead in the LaLiga standings.
The defending champions enter the match fresh off three straight victories in all competitions, scoring 14 goals and giving up four goals.
Even with rivals Atletico Madrid and Barcelona looming close behind, the goal will be to maintain that momentum and keep moving forward in the hopes of winning LaLiga again.
In an interview with the media prior to the match, manager Carlo Ancelotti discussed a number of subjects, including the rumours that Saudi Arabia might attempt to make a world-record deal for Vinicius Jr.
“What I know for sure, as I have direct information, is that he is very happy here. And that he wants to make history here. We are all in that line,” said the manager.
Amid his stellar contributions to Los Blancos, reports have linked the 24-year-old with a potential exit, fuelled by interest from the Saudi Pro League. It is believed that top SPL officials are preparing a staggering €350 million (£296m/$365m) offer for the Brazilian star. That figure would shatter the current world-record transfer fee of €222m (£200m/$231m) set by Neymar’s move from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain in 2017.
The strength of the club’s future ambition is demonstrated by Vinicius’ devotion to Madrid and his ongoing growth as one of the best football players in the world.
The 24-year-old has made it obvious that his heart and goals are still very much connected to the Bernabeu, even though the hefty offer from Saudi Arabia may draw attention.
