Top four clubs Joao Felix can join in 2024 summer transfer window

Atletico Madrid want to sell the Portuguese star this summer.
Joao Felix’s future will be closely monitored in the upcoming weeks, just like it was last summer. While it’s unlikely that he will stay at Atletico Madrid for the upcoming campaign, he isn’t close to signing with another team right now.
Felix was recenty spotted training away from the Atletico Madrid first-team squad. He would stay put if no good offers come in before the end of the summer, however, it’s unclear if Diego Simeone, with whom he’s had a falling out over the past few years, would call him up.
4. FC Barcelona
For the past 18 months, the 24-year-old attacker has been on loan. After a brief stint with Chelsea, he signed with Barcelona for the 2023–2024 season. Felix concluded his 44 appearances on loan at the Catalan club with 10 goals and 6 assists, making it an outstanding stint.
At the conclusion of his loan move, the Spanish powerhouses felt Felix’s price was too high and decided to not move for him and gave priority to other targets, which means Atletico will have to find other suitors for the forward.
3. Aston Villa
Aston Villa are preparing to make a move for Felix, but they are also waiting it out. In order to prepare for Champions League football, Unai Emery’s club wants to add more weapons to their attack. They believe Felix can fulfil their desire for a star forward who can propel them during onslaught. Villa are attempting to sign him on s loan agreement that includes a buyout clause.
Felix is currently most likely to join Aston Villa this summer. They would, however, need Atletico Madrid to lower their demands, which is probably going to happen as the transfer window deadline approaches.
2. Manchester City
Manchester City have been ‘offered’ Aston Villa target Joao Felix as Atletico Madrid move to sign Julian Alvarez. But it’s very unlikely that City will sign the former Benfica forward despite their earlier interest.
The incumbent Premier League Champions boats enough options from the left-wing spot with the likes of Jack Grealish and Jeremy Doku have occupied the spot. The club might have to sell one of them to accommodate the Portuguese, but it’s doubtful that they will sell either of them.
1. Paris Saint-Germain
Joao Felix, a forward for Atletico Madrid, is a target for Paris Saint-Germain. After Kylian Mbappe left, the Ligue 1 winners are looking to add more offensive players this summer. Luis Enrique, a former coach of Spain and Barcelona, is allegedly eager to add him.
However, PSG currently are pursuing other targets and it remains to be seen if they go back to Atletico for the 24-year-old. The main issue could be his value and the Spanish club won’t budge to lower it down, so it remains to be seen if Ligu 1 club will plan to sign Felix.
