Ronaldo has commented on when he will retire from football.
After stating that he intends to hang up his boots “soon,” Cristiano Ronaldo has provided a tentative date for his enigmatic retirement suggestion.
The Portugal attacker, who has amassed over 950 goals for both club and nation, is nearing the conclusion of his career. He plans to leave the game soon to spend more time with his family.
Cristiano Ronaldo still has football-related remaining obligations, though, after he extended his contract with Al-Nassr of Saudi Arabia until 2027 in June.
He also hopes to play for Portugal in the FIFA World Cup the following year, which is the only major championship that is missing from his trophy collection.

Portugal are about to qualify for the 2026 World Cup. Cristiano Ronaldo declared that the competition in the US, Canada, and Mexico will be his farewell on the largest platform in football.
“I gave everything for football. I’ve been in the game for the last 25 years. I did everything, I have many records in the different scenarios in the clubs and also in the national teams.”
