Al-Nassr will next face Al-Ittihad in SPL.
After missing Tuesday morning’s training session, Cristiano Ronaldo, the Portuguese international, seems to be approaching a period that is unfamiliar to Al-Nassr’s management.
Ronaldo had already missed the previous evening’s game against Al-Riyadh, which Al-Nassr won courtesy of a goal from Senegalese sensation Sadio Mané.
Sports journalist Abdulaziz Al-Osaimi, who has a good relationship with the club’s management, has revealed that the five-time Ballon d’Or winner did not attend the practice for players who were not chosen for the game, despite being one of them.

Al-Osaimi clarified that Cristiano Ronaldo was anticipated to attend the morning workout that coach Jorge Jesus had planned for the players who hadn’t played in the match.
Numerous media stories imply that Cristiano Ronaldo’s absence is related to his displeasure with the club’s position during the winter transfer window. There were insufficient additions that could have strengthened the team.
According to the same sources, he is unhappy with the Public Investment Fund’s (PIF) assistance to rival teams, particularly since Karim Benzema has formally joined Al-Hilal and Al-Nassr have not yet signed any notable new players.
Cristiano Ronaldo encouraged his team to be more determined during the transfer window because he desires to capture the Saudi Pro League title for the first time. Al Hilal lead Al Nassr by one point at the top of the Saudi Pro League.
Senior Saudi officials are urging Cristiano Ronaldo to put an end to his strike and return to the team. They expect him to play against Al Ittihad on Friday and are shocked that he is unhappy despite reportedly making £500,000 a day.
