Cristiano Ronaldo voted Saudi Pro League Fans' Player of the Season

The Portuguese star recently signed a new deal with Al-Nassr.

Al Nassr captain Cristiano Ronaldo was named the Roshn Saudi League Fans’ Player of the Season for his performance during the last season. In 34 league games, the 40-year-old attacker was named man-of-the-match a total of 15 times. It highlights his consistency in the sport.

The league announced the news on social media. It is good motivating news for the Portuguese striker who recently signed a two-year contract extension with Al Nassr.

Cristiano Ronaldo sets two objectives for the next two seasons

In 105 games in all competitions, Cristiano Ronaldo has scored 93 goals and provided 19 assists for the Saudi team. However, he has not yet taken home the league championship with Al-Nassr. He will have a chance to end the club’s title drought in the next two seasons.

Al Nassr, who placed third in the league table last season, will compete in the AFC Champions League 2 instead of the AFC Champions League Elite this time.

Ronaldo recently celebrated winning his third international championship when Portugal beat Spain to win the UEFA Nations League 2025. He currently has 938 career goals. The player would really like to strive to reach or surpass the 1,000-goal mark in the upcoming two seasons.

By the 2026–2027 season, he would be 42 years old, and judging by his on-field exploits this past season, he doesn’t seem to be slowing down. In the next two seasons, the former Real Madrid player would also strive to win the Saudi Pro League with Al-Nassr.
