Spain set to miss two decisive players against France.

The Euro 2024 semi-finals are all set with Spain facing France and England meeting the Netherlands. Only two sides will survive to reach the final of the competition. Many players are set to be out for the semi-final game for their respective national teams after picking up suspensions related to yellow cards in the last two matches.

Spain have been the most affected side by this as we saw a total of 16 players pick a yellow card in the game between Germany and La Roja. Spain will suffer the most as few of their decisive stars will miss the semi-final clash against Les Bleus.

Daniel Carvajal and Robin Le Normand are the two players. For a second yellow card in the last seconds of extra time, Carvajal was given a red card. Due to his second caution of the Euro 2024 competition, Le Normand will not be available for the pivotal semifinal matchup against France.

Initially, there were concerns that Alvaro Morata might not be able to attend the Euro 2024 semi-final match because of reports on television that referee Anthony Taylor gave him a yellow card during the raucous celebrations that accompanied Mikel Merino’s victory that evening.

France avoided getting a yellow card against Portugal which will be a big boost for them when they play the La Roja. Additionally, Adrien Rabiot will return to the starting lineup after missing against Roberto Martínez’s side due to suspension.

Meanwhile, the Netherlands and England will have all the players available for the crucial semi-final game.

All teams’ suspension list for Euro 2024 semi-finals

France: No player suspended

Spain: Dani Carvajal and Robin le Normand

Netherlands: No player suspended
