Former coach says Kylian Mbappe's Real Madrid teammates are 'not good enough'

Mbappe has failed to gel with his Los Blancos teammates.
Kylian Mbappe is enduring one of the most difficult times as a professional football player. After missing a vital penalty in Wednesday’s Champions League loss to Liverpool, his already dismal start to life as a Real Madrid player hit new heights.
According to a former coach, Kylian Mbappé’s Real Madrid colleagues aren’t gifted enough to bring out the best in him:
“Reviving him won’t be easy first, because he plays in a team that does not rotate. Then, because in this same team, the midfielder is not up to standard,” asserted a technician who worked with him.
He continued: ”Who at Real, currently, can do it? Kroos was not replaced. Modric no longer has the same legs. Tchouaméni and Camavinga are not passers. Bellingham? I’m not convinced. He’s not Neymar anyway.”
Like Antoine Griezmann in the France squad or Neymar and Marco Verratti in Paris, Mbappé requires companions who plan his moves. Even though Mbappe has been the target of numerous critical evaluations from the football community, he still maintains internal support.
Mbappe scored nine goals in 18 games this season, but everyone is watching and talking about him because of his missed penalty against Liverpool and his recent decline in play.
Real Madrid are worried about his poor performance, but it is not their top concern right now. Internally, their situation, the frequent injuries, and their unclear on-field strategy are their priority right now.
Up until this past weekend, Carlo Ancelotti had attempted to squeeze him into the number nine spot since his arrival. However, Mbappe’s move to his preferred position on the left has not resulted in a significant improvement either
Now his former manager feels that Mbappe isn’t getting enough help from his teammates on the pitch and it appears that he has failed to partner with the players so far.
Even though Real Madrid were outmatched overall, he was not up to the challenge versus Liverpool. However, the player did seem more at ease against Leganes. Moreover, at no time this season, Mbappe has been able to lead Los Blancos through hardship.
