Les Bleus will conclude their 2026 World Cup qualifiers during the November international break.
For the forthcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, Didier Deschamps, the head coach of France’s national football team, has chosen to bring back Randal Kolo Muani and N’Golo Kante. Currently leading Group D, France will play their final two games against Azerbaijan and Ukraine in an attempt to earn a spot in the tournament for the following year.
Key players’ injuries have affected Deschamps’ choice. Ousmane Dembele and Desire Doue of Paris Saint-Germain are both out for the second straight window.

Due to a left hamstring injury, Real Madrid‘s Aurelien Tchouameni is going to be out, the LaLiga club confirmed on Thursday. Others, including Warren Zaire-Emery, who recently participated for the Under-21s, will now have more opportunities due to these players’ absence.
After missing the previous two camps, Randal Kolo Muani is back. His addition, along with Warren Zaire-Emery, demonstrates Deschamps’ plan to bolster the team in the face of difficulties. France hope to qualify for the World Cup and keep their top spot in Group D with these adjustments.
Deschamps is optimistic that his team will overcome recent failures and provide their best effort as France get ready for these important games. In their quest to make it to the tournament the next year, the team’s depth will be put to the test.
