The Arsenal forward is currently recovering from an injury.

Throughout his playing career, Bukayo Saka has managed to find the back of the net three times in a game only once. That one hat trick never came for his club, Arsenal despite playing for them for years.

His hat trick came in June 2023, when Saka achieved his only hat trick to date in his career. On June 19, 2023, Saka earned his first hat trick in a 7–0 victory over North Macedonia at home in a Euro 2024 qualifying match.

Although he came very close to scoring a hat trick numerous times, the forward has not been able to record a treble in his career since.

Since finding a breakthrough into the starting lineup, the England international has been a pillar for the Gunners. The forward has shown promise in his performances despite his young age.

However, he also has had his fair share of inconsistent performance for Arsenal. But given he is only 23, the player has enough time to go on to achieve many hattricks.

This season the forward has five goals and 10 assists in 16 matches in the Premier League. However, with him needing time to recover from an injury, fans will have to play the waiting game for their star’s comeback.

Saka nearing a return from injury

Saka is with the team in the Middle East while he heals from his hamstring injury. During Arsenal’s mid-season training camp in Dubai, Bukayo Saka was seen working on his recuperation.

The Arsenal player is not anticipated to return to duty anytime soon after having to go through surgery in December.

His practice in Dubai has been viewed as a significant step towards his return since he was photographed using crutches less than a month ago. Arteta’s limited offensive alternatives make Saka’s return ever so important for them.

Mikel Arteta on Saka ahead of the Leicester City game, “It’s too early, he’s in an early stage of the rehab, so when we get a little bit closer and he starts to do more demanding stuff and has more load, we will see where he is. There’s no setback, he’s fine.”
