Is Karim Benzema playing tonight for Al Ittihad vs Al Jandal in Kings' Cup?

Karim Benzema’s Al Ittihad are back in action when they host Al Jandal in the second-round King’s Cup match today. The Saudi Pro League side have commenced the new season on an excellent note as they are second in the league.
They are just three points adrift of first place Al Hilal. The Karim Benzema’s side opened the season with a narrow 1-0 win against Al Kholood, before seeing off Al Taawoun and later crushing Al-Wehda 7-1. But their winning run came to an end when they faced first-place Al Hilal who beat them 3-1.
However, the defeat didn’t derail their excellent run as they registered wins in their next five matches across all competitions, and they also won 3-0 against Al-Ain in the first round of the King’s Cup.
They will next face Al Jandal in the round of 16 at their home and new head coach Laurent Blanc will be hoping to deploy a strong side, who will help the team prevail in this match.
There will be many big stars on the field and one of them is going to be former Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema who has been in impressive form this season, scoring eight goals in eight matches in the league.

Will Karim Benzema play tonight?
Blanc will be putting his all money on Benzema to marshall the attacking line of Al Ittihad, the French striker has been in terrific form this season and will hope to add more goals to his tally when they face Al Jandal in the Kings’ Cup match.
In his first season, Benzema had struggled to make an impact and his relationship with his former coach also broke down, which saw many rumours spiralling that the striker wanted to leave the club. However, that has not been the case and Benzema has been brilliant this term.
He will be at his best when they play in their second round of the Kings’ Cup match tonight against Al Jandal.
