Kylian Mbappé is allegedly using his injury as an excuse to distance himself from Real Madrid, according to a dramatic rumour going around in Spain.
The striker may have had enough of Real Madrid life, according to reports. 10 minutes before the final whistle in Saturday’s disheartening draw with Real Betis, Kylian Mbappé—who is under contract until 2029—left the game due to a hamstring injury.
After he left the field, Betis scored a late equaliser to further distance Madrid from the championship. Antonio Rüdiger’s mistake and an alleged foul on Ferland Mendy, which incensed coach Álvaro Arbeloa, came before Hector Bellerin’s equaliser.

Reporter Tomás Roncero told Cadena SER that the Frenchman’s substitution was the biggest source of annoyance among Real supporters after the final whistle:
“They didn’t believe he’d left the pitch because of injury; they felt he wasn’t prepared to give his all.”
According to reports, the 27-year-old is becoming more and more agitated with certain of his teammates. Since arriving at the club, it was viewed as one of the best signings by the club. Everyone felt it would only reinforce Madrid’s attack, but now it has lacked chemistry in the last two seasons.
This could mainly be attributed to Kylian Mbappe’s relationship with his teammates and how he gels with them off the field.
He is claimed to have a bad attitude towards Arbeloa and to have had multiple confrontations with Jude Bellingham. Additionally, according to sources, he is unhappy that Vinicius Junior is being given preference by the club over him; this view has kept tensions between the two superstars high.
