The Barcelona star has already made his name at the age of 17.

It’s difficult to ignore the record-breaking Lamine Yamal when it comes to the emergence of teenage phenoms. In fact, one might argue that he’s headed toward GOAT status in a manner similar to that of Lionel Messi in the past. Meanwhile, the 17-year-old Spaniard recently mentioned two stadiums where he would like to perform.

Although it may seem absurd, Yamal, one of the greatest young football players in the world, is still in the early phases of his soon-to-be-renowned career. Despite making just over a hundred appearances for his present employers, many stadiums have yet to witness the young star in action.

Given that he has become one of the world’s most lethal attackers, Yamal has similarities to Messi. However, his increasing technical skill and ability to outscore opponents have drawn comparisons to Neymar.

He has excelled against Inter Milan at the San Siro, popped off the page against his team’s bitter rivals at the Santiago Bernabeu, and endured the pressure of Borussia Dortmund’s Yellow Wall, but he still has two stadiums he would like to visit.

The teenage phenom has made 103 appearances for Barcelona’s senior team so far in his career, scoring 23 goals and dishing out another 33 assists. If you recall correctly, he also contributed significantly to Spain’s victory over England in Euro 2024. He has four goals in 19 games for La Roja.

In addition to his impact on the field, he has become a worldwide celebrity off it. As a result, Dre introduced him as a Beats global ambassador on Friday.

Before his career ends, which is obviously a long way off, Yamal was asked which stadiums he would like to play in. According to Daily Mail, he responded:

“There are so many I’ve yet to experience, especially outside of Europe. In Europe, some of the iconic ones I’d like to play in are Old Trafford and Anfield.”

Many people consider Old Trafford, the home of the once-dominant Manchester United, to be among the greatest stadiums in Premier League history. Yamal has not yet performed at the 74,310-seat Theatre of Dreams field.
