An Indian billionaire gifted Lionel Messi a very rare watch valued at about £1 million. The gift was given to the Argentine star on his final day of GOAT tour to India. Messi, 38, began his four-day journey in Kolkata and arrived in the South Asian country on Saturday.
He also travelled to Hyderabad, Mumbai, and New Delhi while he was in the nation. He received an invitation to visit the Vantara Global Wildlife Rescue and Conservation Centre in Jamnagar at the end of his tour.
The former Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain player received a £900,000 watch from Anant Ambani. Anant is the son of Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani, and he also owns the centre.

However, not everything about the tour went as planned after fans were outraged when Lionel Messi attended the Salt Lake Stadium event for just a few minutes before leaving the event. This led to thousands of enraged fans to storm the field and break parts of the stadium.
