Manchester United keen to sign Tottenham ace Son Heung-min: Report

The South Korean has only one year left on his Spurs deal.
Manchester United may potentially consider a deal for the Tottenham player as they seek offensive additions to the squad.
According to Fichajes, the Premier League’s biggest clubs are currently thinking of making a surprise raid on Tottenham in order to recruit 32-year-old forward Son Heung-min.
The Red Devils are having trouble maintaining consistency in their performances and are now ranked 15th in the Premier League standings.
They have suffered greatly under manager Ruben Amorim, and it doesn’t seem like anything has changed since the days of former boss Erik ten Hag, who was fired this season.
Son has been a vital member of Spurs since joining the team in 2015. Even though he hasn’t won any trophies there, his ability to score goals has made him a crucial member of the team.
Under manager Ange Postecoglou, he currently serves as the team’s captain, but his future at Tottenham is still up in the air.
According to the source, Man United are willing to spend a lot of money to acquire Son from Tottenham because they believe he is the best player to give them offensive versatility and leadership.
In order to sign the South Korean forward from their Premier League opponents, the Red Devils are prepared to make a sizable offer.
The apparent interest in Son seems odd given that Man United need a number nine who can score goals for fun.
Furthermore, Son is 32 years old and obviously heading for a decline, which indicates that Man United’s desire for him does not appear genuine.
The player is undoubtedly seasoned in the Premier League and still has the potential to be a key member of the Red Devils’ side, but they should probably prioritize other concerns first.
The Tottenham attacker has also drawn interest from Saudi Pro League teams, who are prepared to provide Spurs a far better deal than United.
