A lot of youngsters breakthrough in their respective teams every year, with clubs willing to provide them with platforms to become world-beaters in the future. With so many young talents emerging who can play a significant role in the future, Norway who haven’t played a major event since 2000, could very well be on the path of change.
Erling Haaland and Martin Odegaard have already emerged as elite players from Norway. The next generation can even be better than them as they are already making waves in their leagues.

10. Tobias Gulliksen – (21y, RW) Djurgårdens IF
In Sweden, Tobias Gulliksen has gained a reputation as one of the most exciting young players in the league. At 21 years old, he has scored five goals in 27 matches for the team. The player has a promising future ahead of him.
His senior career has already surpassed 100 appearances, proving him as one of the most talented young players.
9. Odin Thiago Holm – (21y, CM) Celtic Glascow

He has become a mainstay in the team since signing for the club in January 2023 from FK Haugesund.
6. Sivert Mannsverk – (22y, DM) Ajax
The 21-year-old has established himself in the Ajax team after making his move from Molde last summer. Faniel Tewelde is having an impressive year. After 14 games in Eliteserien 2024, he managed to secure a move to Lommel SK. In the Norwegian league, he had scored three goals.
His trickery and ability to take on defenders have made him one of the sought-after talents. He will look to cause plenty of problems from the right wing for the opposition defenders.
4. Sverre Nypan – (17y, CM) Rosenborg BK
Sverre Nypan is currently playing his trade for Rosenberg. He is turning out to be a complete midfielder in the middle of the park for the team. Despite being 17 years old, he looks like a mature guy.
He plays controlling the tempo of the game while also aiming to keep things simple in midfield. This year he has made 19 appearances in Eliteserien 2024. His creativity and vision make him one of the most exciting names in Norwegian football currently.
3. Antonio Nusa – (19y, LW) RB Leipzig
After scoring a goal for Club Brugge in the Champions League, Antonio Nusa became one of the top talents in the game. He has already established himself as a national team player by making seven appearances. In the summer, RB Leipzig came calling and Nusa made the move. He has made two appearances in Bundesliga so far scoring once and providing one assist as well.
2. Andreas Schjelderup – (20y, LW) Benfica
Andreas Schjelderup looks set to have a promising career with the 20-year-old making his mark in the Danish league. He started his career in the youth setups of Nordsjaelland before making his name in the 2022/23 season, scoring 10 goals in 17 matches. It caught the attention of Benfica who were quick to secure his services.
This season he is back to Benfica after his loan deal exited. The potential is very high for a 20 year old who is emerging as one of the best left-wingers around.

Oscar Bobb has become one of the latest Premier League talent to make a name for himself. As Pep Guardiola had said, he has a great deal of potential and will be a future leader in the Manchester City setup. Despite mostly coming from the bench, he looks set to be a prominent member of the team.
He had made an appearance in the FA Community Shield against Manchester United. In that game, Bobb produced one assist.
