Premier League 2024-25 Points table, most goals & key stats after Ipswich vs Manchester United

Liverpool continue to remain at the top of the table.
With over 12 Premier League games already being played since the start of the new season there have been many twists so far with many clubs competing for the top spot. There have been so many surprises this term and Liverpool’s new manager Arne Slot has stood out in his first term as Reds head coach.
After winning the championship four times in a row, Manchester City came into this season as the defending champions. There are twenty teams in the league: three promoted from the Championship and seventeen from the previous season. The newcomers are Southampton, Ipswich Town, and Leicester City. Ipswich Town returns after a twenty-two-year hiatus, while Southampton and Leicester City returned after a one-year break.
However, all the promoted teams have been subpar this season with Saints fighting the relegation zone, Ipswich are 18 in the table and Foxes at 16 in the standing.
