PSG plotting raid for Manchester United duo Jadon Sancho & Bruno Fernandes: Reports
The Ligue 1 giants have agreed personal terms with Sancho.
Paris Saint-Germain are now closing in on the signing of Manchester United star Jadon Sancho after reaching a personal agreement with the player, reports suggest.
Sancho has returned to Manchester United after his loan stint at Borussia Dortmund and the star player also featured in United’s 2-0 win against Rangers in their ongoing pre-season tour.
It appeared doubtful that Sancho would have a role to play under Erik ten Hag after their brawl in the United game against Arsenal since Sancho was banned from participating with the team and entering the club facilities.
After that, he was loaned to Dortmund in January, but now that he has resolved the situation with the Dutch manager, everything is back to normal and he will be playing for the team. However, according to recent sources, PSG appears to be interested in him, thus he may be leaving United.
With Dortmund failing to sign Sancho and Juventus also interested, PSG leads the race to land the England international. The 24-year-old is in the sixth month of his contract and if he fails to extend then United might consider selling the player to PSG.
With personal terms agreed PSG will start negotiations with United over a potential move for Sancho. However, his time at Premier League club hasn’t been smooth sailing and now a permanent move only makes sense.
PSG also plotting move for Bruno Fernandes
PSG are set to raid Manchester United for another player as they additionally want to add Bruno Fernandes alongside Jadon Sancho to their roster. The Portuguese earlier hinted that he could leave United but the club confirmed they have no intention to sell Fernandes.
However, a massive offer for Fernandes could tempt United to sell the midfielder who was named captain of the club last season. The former Sporting CP player has been one of the decisive players for United ever since he joined the Premier League club.
He has been a key difference maker for them and United will be counting on the player for the next season, but in the transfer window, anything can happen if the Ligue 1 club puts in an exorbitant bid then United might consider selling him.
